Member Registration Obligations
To use the Service, members agree to the following: provide accurate and current personal information as prompted during registration, and not register under a third party's name. Each member may register only one account; duplicate registrations are prohibited. Members shall promptly maintain and update their personal information to ensure accuracy. If a member provides false or inaccurate information, fails to follow instructions, lacks required information, or has duplicate accounts, Pawjot reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice and deny access to all or part of the Service.

Upon completing registration, members will obtain an account. Maintaining account security is the member's responsibility. Any login that matches the account credentials, whether or not performed by the account holder, shall be deemed as use by the account holder, who bears full responsibility for all actions taken under the account. If an account is compromised or any security issue arises, the member shall immediately notify Pawjot. Account privileges are for personal use only and may not be lent, transferred, or shared. Pawjot shall not be liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of an account, unless such damages are attributable to Pawjot.
Protection of Children and Minors
To ensure the safety of children and minors using the internet and to prevent privacy violations, parents or guardians should fulfill the following obligations: children under twelve must be accompanied at all times when using the Service, and parents should consider whether to grant permission for minors between twelve and eighteen.
User Compliance and Commitments
Members commit to not using the Service for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner, and commit to complying with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and international internet usage conventions. Users outside of Taiwan also agree to comply with the laws of their respective countries or regions. Members agree and warrant not to engage in any conduct that infringes upon the rights of others or violates the law, including but not limited to: publishing or transmitting defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, obscene, false, or otherwise unlawful content; infringing upon the reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights of Pawjot or others; impersonating others; transmitting computer viruses; harassing other users; or any other conduct inconsistent with the Service's intended purpose or deemed inappropriate by Pawjot.
Changes to Service Content
Members agree that Pawjot may, at its discretion and based on business needs, add, modify, or discontinue any service features or content without individual notice. Pawjot may also add, modify, or terminate related activities and notify members through appropriate channels. Members agree that Pawjot may send push notifications or emails periodically. When a member indicates refusal to receive marketing messages, Pawjot will cease sending such messages.
Service Suspension and Interruption
Pawjot will maintain normal system and service operations using reasonably available technical means. However, Pawjot reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the Service under the following circumstances: when necessary maintenance or updates are being performed on the application or servers; in the event of unexpected system equipment failure; when third-party services (such as cloud services or push notification services) are interrupted; or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or other causes not attributable to Pawjot.
Subscription Services
Pawjot offers free and paid subscription (Pawjot Plus) services. Paid subscriptions are processed through In-App Purchase mechanisms on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription fees, duration, and content are as specified within the application and on the respective platform store pages. Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected plan (monthly or yearly) unless the member cancels auto-renewal through their platform account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After cancellation, members may continue using paid features until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies; Pawjot does not process refunds directly. Pawjot reserves the right to adjust subscription plan content and pricing at any time; price changes take effect at the next subscription cycle.

All features of the Service are provided on an "as is" basis. Pawjot makes no express or implied warranties regarding performance, speed, completeness, reliability, security, or accuracy. Pet health information provided by Pawjot is for reference only and does not constitute veterinary diagnosis or medical advice; members should consult a qualified veterinarian for their pets' health issues. Pawjot does not guarantee that data transmitted from its servers will be free of viruses or harmful content, nor that data transmission and storage will be error-free or uninterrupted. Pawjot shall not be liable for damages arising from data transmission or storage failures, losses, or errors.
Intellectual Property Protection

Furthermore, members agree that Pawjot shall not be liable to the member or any third party for any termination of the Service (or any part thereof).
